Contingency and Continuity of Operations Planning
As trusted advisors, our certified Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) managers help clients prepare for conditions that could prevent normal workplace operations. We apply policies, best practices, and appropriate techniques from government agencies and the private sector to develop viable alternatives for continuation of essential operations during emergencies.
Keeping Essential Elements of Your Operations Running
By collaborating closely with clients, we build plans that allow them to continue essential elements of their operations. Solutions may be a traditional 30-day relocation plan, conforming to federal directives, or a plan that is more flexible. Elements of a plan may include adding flexibility to processes, such as working from home, moving an operation to a safe site, or outsourcing to professionals who perform the operation until the main site can resume operations. We work closely with management to successfully implement their plans and are able to help immediately if the plan is activated. Every situation is unique, and so is every plan we develop.
