Featured Case Studies

We worked closely with roadway design engineers to minimize fill impacts on jurisdictional wetlands and floodplains.

For each assessment, we review existing documentation including permits and records of previous release, perform a site visit, and prepare rating and recommendation reports.

The site plan has already accommodated two manufacturers: cabinetmaker Yorktowne and furniture maker Swedwood, with investments of $15 million and $280 million, respectively.
