Dewberry Welcomes Expertise of David Koenigshofer

Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, welcomes David Koenigshofer, PE, CEM, to the firm’s Chapel Hill office. In his new role as project/client manager, he will be responsible for managing MEP projects in western North Carolina.

Koenigshofer has 40 years of experience, and is rejoining Dewberry after having been with the former Chapel Hill office for 12 years. His experience includes facility assessments, utility master plans, energy studies, and MEP designs for hospitals, military facilities, and university campuses throughout the U.S.

Koenigshofer is a certified energy manager and is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers; The American Society for Healthcare Engineering; North Carolina Healthcare Engineers Association; Malaysian Society for Quality in Health; and Asian Society for Quality of Healthcare. He received a bachelor’s of science degree in mechanical engineering from San Diego State University.
