Dewberry is pleased to announce the promotion of Rachel Leitzinger, PE, to associate in the firm's Lanham, Maryland, office.

Throughout her 11 years of site/civil engineering experience, Leitzinger has worked on small- to large-scale residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects. The majority of her work has focused on stormwater management, storm drain design, and sediment control. Additionally, she is experienced in street grade establishment plans, lot grading, and water and sewer design.

Leitzinger earned her bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Pennsylvania State University and is a professional engineer in Maryland.
