Dewberry has announced the promotion of more than 65 employees nationwide, including three staff members in the firm's Atlanta, Georgia, office. The promotions coincide with Dewberry's ongoing expansion of engineering, architectural, and consulting services in the Southeast, where the firm has practiced since 1984.
Duncan Hastie, PE, has been promoted to senior vice president and regional water resources branch manager.
Shannon Brewer, CFM, PMP, has been promoted to associate vice president and serves as a department manager in the Atlanta office. She has extensive experience managing Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) flood insurance study projects. Additionally, Brewer provides guidance to communities in the areas of floodplain management, flood insurance, and flood mitigation. She earned a bachelor’s degree in geography from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (2000), and is a member of the Alabama Association of Floodplain Managers, Association of State Floodplain Managers, Georgia Association of Floodplain Managers, and the Project Management Institute.
Senior Project Manager Jarrett Mattli, GISP, CFM, has been promoted to associate. As a flood mapping analyst, he is involved in the production of digital flood insurance rate maps for counties across Georgia and the southeast. Mattli earned a bachelor’s degree in geography from Auburn University (2004) and is a member of the Association of State Floodplain Managers and Georgia Association of Floodplain Managers.
