This mixed-use commercial development encompasses an impressive 175 acres, includes hotel and commercial/retail components, and features more than 60 acres of open-space and tree saves.

We designed the mass grading plans, delineated and permitted wetland impacts, and led master stormwater, utility, and roadway infrastructure design.

We permitted five office buildings, the Town Center, the Colonial Grand at Town Park Reserve apartments, and the Colonial Grand at Town Park apartments.

The Colonial Town Park Development in Seminole County, Florida, is a 175-acre campus that includes more than one million square feet of office space, a 534-unit multi-family development, and more than 60 acres of open green areas. As both a Development of Regional Impact (DRI) and a Planned Urban Development (PUD), we helped guide the permitting through a series of state-mandated reviews to determine pollution creation/alleviation levels, vehicle and pedestrian traffic, energy-grid consumption, and the prospective resident estimates.
