Dewberry announced that David Tillar, PE, has joined the firm as branch manager of the Pensacola, Florida, office.
Tillar brings with him more than two decades of experience in surveying, utilities, land development, structural engineering, and construction management. Since joining the firm, he has been involved in a water reuse project that will extend reclaimed
wastewater for the purpose of irrigation to new development. Tillar spent the majority of his career in central Virginia, most recently as the director of engineering and business development for a contracting company. From 1999-2003, he worked for
Dewberry as a project manager in its Richmond, Virginia, office.

Tillar earned a bachelor's degree in civil and environmental engineering from the Virginia Military Institute (1995) and is an active member in the American Society of Civil Engineers.
