With more than 13 years of experience, Kincheloe leads the firm’s mid-Atlantic utility master planning and hydraulic modeling practice for water and sewer infrastructure systems for municipal clients. Having worked in both the private and public sector, he has a versatile background in planning and design of water/wastewater infrastructure, collection/distribution systems evaluation, and pump station optimization.

Kincheloe earned his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering from Virginia Tech, and is a member of the American Water Works Association and the Water Environment Federation.
