Dewberry has announced the promotion of nearly 60 employees nationwide, including
Anthony Fulco, PE, who is based in the Bloomfield, New Jersey, office. The
promotion coincides with Dewberry’s ongoing expansion of engineering and
consulting services in the Northeast region, where the firm has practiced for
more than 60 years.
Fulco, who is the highway engineering department manager
in the firm’s Bloomfield office, has been promoted to vice president. With more
than 28 years of experience in both traditional and alternative delivery
methods, he has extensive knowledge in the preparation of studies, evaluations,
project development, and contract documents for transportation projects. These
projects include environmental documents, geometric design, interchanges,
drainage design, traffic engineering, right-of-way plans, utility relocation,
detailing, and estimating and specifications for the New Jersey Turnpike
Authority (NJTA) and New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT).
Fulco earned a bachelor’s degree in civil
engineering from the University of Delaware (1991) and is a member of the
American Society of Civil Engineers, American Society of Highway Engineers, and
Professional Engineers in Construction.
