We prepared utility design, fine grading, cost estimates, and specification documents for the new building, delivering the facility from pad site to final build-out.

Our collaborative consulting efforts aided the architect and Kaiser Permanente in effectively coordinating with the land developer.

The new medical facility, which serves as a HUB for Kaiser Permanente provides healthcare opportunities for Kaiser members and offers job potential for medical professionals.

We produced a 3D utility model which coordianted water, sewer, storm drain, chiller lines, electric, gas, and communications. No site utility conflicts occurred during construction.

We provided planning, zoning, site/civil engineering, and consulting services for the construction of a new Kaiser Permanente medical office building and 650-car parking garage in Baltimore County, Maryland, as a part of their mid-Atlantic growth plan. To streamline the design, permitting, and construction process of the 135,000-square-foot building, we coordinated directly with HDR Inc., Merritt Properties, Whiting Turner, and Kaiser Permanente's program manager.
