Embracing this inspiration, we assisted NRUCFC with the design of a 120,000-square-foot headquarters set on 42 acres at Dulles Town Center. The wooded campus - strategically located near a major Northern Virginia crossroads and growing urban center - was planned to preserve 65 percent of the property including a significant stream corridor and high-quality woodland.
