The proposed development is located in a prime location, with easy connections to the Washington, D.C., Metro area due to its proximity to the Capital Beltway and Route 4. The mix of housing types and uses will help create a vibrant, self-sustaining community for generations to come. Each phase has its own unique character that combines into a cohesive neighborhood. Some of the programming includes single family homes, townhomes, an active adult component, community centers, recreation facilities, and water features. The site also features forest conservation and an abundance of native plantings.

The design of the overall development was intended to work with the existing landscape to make a neighborhood the residents can be proud of. Our firm provided surveying, planning, landscape architecture, and engineering services, ranging from conceptual layouts through final as-builts.
