At the request of Toll Brothers-new owners of the 2,500-acre property once targeted for a new Disney theme park-we designed a site civil plan to accommodate a residential development of 3,300 homes. We developed comprehensive stormwater management plans. Our environmental engineers worked to avoid and manage wetlands on this large track of land. The property bordering Route 15 in Haymarket, Virginia, was also designed for open spaces to separate development areas from roads.
