Improvements also included the design of a new associated parking area, concrete sidewalks, stormwater management facility, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, fencing, gates, signage, striping, water, and sewer and electrical utilities. A future second phase was planned during the design and permitting of the project, which involves the construction of an elevated ship store building and fueling station. We are assisting the county in procuring grant funding to construct this future phase.
