Located in one of Orlando's leading retail markets, the 52-acre Shoppes at Alafaya features approximately 80,000 square feet of retail space anchored by a 58,000-square-foot single-use building, a nearly 12,000-square-foot strip mall, and three outparcels of land. The center serves almost 215,000 residents within a five-mile radius and is being developed in anticipation of an estimated 11 to 21 percent population growth.

Our site/civil engineers and surveyors prepared preliminary plats, development plans, permitting documents, final engineering drawings, and mass grading plans. We designed the site's stormwater management plan, lift stations, potable water and fire systems, and landscape. Our revised land use plan facilitated the developer's desired retail mix. We met accelerated commercial tenant deadlines by simultaneously applying for sustainable designation and processing documents through Orange County's development review committee.
