North Carolina State University's Centennial campus is an award-winning research park that combines corporate, governmental, and non-profit partners with faculty, students, and residents. The park takes advantage of the fourth largest undergraduate engineering program in the U.S. and the groundbreaking research environment Raleigh, North Carolina, has become famous for. Towards the end of 2012, the university required MEP engineering services for approximately 550,446 square feet of living and dining space across six new Centennial Campus buildings.

We provided advanced planning, mechanical, electrical, plumbing/fire protection, bidding support, construction administration, and new building commissioning services for the 1,150-bed LEED Silver Wolf Ridge at Centennial student housing complex. We performed MEP engineering design services for many of the housing complex's amenities, including dining and kitchen space.
